Programme
Overview

“Nikolai Lugansky is called one of the “romantic heroes” of the modern piano, emphasizing with such a definition not so much the emotionality of his performing manner as following the best traditions of the great pianists of the past. The famous violinist Vadim Repin, once one of the world-famous wunderkinds of the Soviet Union, is a frequent partner of Nikolai Lugansky in chamber music, and the joint chamber programs of the two artists are always distinguished by their originality.”
“Kommersant”

“They are the same age, representatives of a bright galaxy of young Russian performers of the highest international level. Both debuted brilliantly as children. They will certainly use the opportunity to perform together, if only the touring schedules of the two most popular soloists in the world allow.”
TV channel “Russia-Culture”

“The names of Vadim Repin and Nikolai Lugansky in the poster of any concert are the key to success. And when musicians perform together, there are at least twice as many people who want to get into the hall.”
“Russian newspaper”

Zaryadye Hall - Moscow
Location   Varvarka Street, 6 с.4

Zaryadye Hall is a concert hall in Moscow located in the Zaryadye Natural Landscape Park. Valery Gergiev, Denis Matsuev, Anna Netrebko, Daniil Trifonov and Ildar Abdrazakov spoke at the opening ceremony.

The peculiarity of Zaryadye Hall is its strict genre correspondence. No pop performances are planned in the hall. The Zaryadye Hall received world-class performers on the stages of the Big and Small Halls, introduced the audience to the work of such musicians as mezzo-soprano Magdalena Kozhena (Czech Republic), conductor Andrew Parrot and Taverner Choir, Consort and Players (Great Britain), countertenor Jakub Josef Orlinsky ( Poland), Quatuor Diotima string quartet (France). And these artists, in turn, discovered Moscow and Russia.

The hall hosts concerts of not only outstanding masters, but also young artists, a series of topical musical projects: Sound Up, New Classics. The Zaryadye Hall hosted the world premiere of the ballet "Little Red Riding Hood" by the famous dancer Sergei Polunin. The repertoire of the hall also includes educational programs for children and adults: excursions, lectures, master classes, and interactive concert programs.
