The stage designer Dan Potra graduated from the University of Arts (Universitatea Naţională de Arte) in Bucharest in 1985. He subsequently graduated from the National Institute of Dramatic in Australia.
Dan Potra collaborated with Ensembles such as Opera Australia and the Sydney Theatre Company and designed for the opening ceremonies of the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games and the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
Dan Porta customized Work worldwide for theatre, Opera, Film, television and major events, especially in the United States, Europe, the middle East, Asia and Russia.
